Roji does not offer self-collections for purchases made via www.rojicha.com. All Singapore orders will be delivered via door to door courier delivery unless otherwise stated.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been processed, an automated email will be sent with the order details of your parcel. Delivery status will be sent upon dispatch of the parcel and you may trace your parcel using the tracking number provided.
Please note that for international deliveries, there are certain restrictions on tracking information details. You may be faced with a lack of detailed tracking information, knowing only general information such as parcel arrival at designated country only. Should you require further and more specific details regarding the status of your parcel, you are advised to contact your local postal company using the provided tracking number.
No Delivery Zones
Roji aims to deliver to as many places as possible as we believe everyone deserves a cup of great tasting Japanese tea.
However, due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organisations), we are sorry to share that we are unable to make deliveries to the following areas in Singapore via door-to-door courier delivery but can be done via SingPost Local Registered Mail:

- Army Camps
- Seletar Aerospace
- Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
- Turf Club Avenue
- Sentosa
- Singapore Prison Quarters
- Airbase sites
- SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1
- ST Kinetics
- Shipyards
- Hospitals
- Powergrid
- Airport Boulevard, and all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport
Missed Delivery
Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don't worry, we'll make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts to deliver your tea order! If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.
However, do note that reattempts do not apply to SingPost Registered Airmail & SingPost Local Registered Mail deliveries. Any failed deliveries from SingPost Registered Airmail will be re-sent back to country of origin after 7 working days of unclaimed parcel. Do note each destination countries’ Post Office process varies, do check your local post office for more details.
Change of Delivery Address in Order
You've just placed an order but realised you've made a mistake with your address? Please contact our friendly customer service at +65 6779 2948 (9am – 5pm GMT+8) or kindly email to us at ganbatte@rojicha.com within the next 24 hours upon ordering. If parcel has not been processed or dispatched, we are more than glad to edit the delivery address for you.
